Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 (7-Inch, Gold-Brown)

This review is based on my personal experiences and observations so far. My goal here is to help you determine if this is the right tablet for you (or not).

PROS:

1) Portability - Lightweight and narrow in form factor that it fits in one hand and will also fit it into a large pocket or small bag.

2) Overall Performance, and OS Info - Found this tablet to be smooth, the screen was very responsive and all apps run smoothly.

3) EXTERNAL SLOT FOR MICRO SD CARD - You can add up to 64GB SD card--this was a big selling point for me.

4) WiFi Connecting/Speed of WiFi - Setting up WiFi is easy anywhere I go, and the speed of WiFi connection has been superb and I found the internet speed is fast.

5) Internet/Watching Online Flash Videos: Flash is not supported, yet I found a workaround for this. Therefore, viewing of webpages in browsers on this tablet I have been able to do. So I installed Archived Flash and now I can watch online videos. (Ask me in comments if you want to know more on this). . .

6) Excellent Screen for eBooks as the fonts, pictures and videos are very crisp and clear as well as the colors are vivid.
- Battery Life- Excellent, so far, however, this is what I have found: When I am on WiFi, I go to the websites I need and then as soon as I am done (reasonable time), I exit the browser (or YouTube, etc) and TURN OFF WiFi. However, I run my brightness at 100%. So this seems to keep the battery going longer. *In addition, I have found that my battery life is improved over the Tab 2 7. 0 and the Tab 2 10. 1.

7) Kindle App - I installed the Kindle App and synced my Kindle books. Began to read a new book and was very impressed with how exceptional the book rendered using this Tab 3 7. 0. Very impressed as the text was very crisp and clear.

8) Camera - The 3 MP rear camera does an OK job and in a pinch I use as a camera.

Review about Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 (7-Inch, Gold-Brown)

I have an ipad,which I use for everyday. Was looking for something portable and cheaper for travel. I bought this product after a thorough research on all the contemporary products at this range.
Samsung has done great with the package and look. I got mine in white and it looks great,easy to carry especially if you read when you travel . Good thing they added the home button which makes the navigation much simpler and faster. Memory is expandable upto 64 gb. Comes with an unique feature tv remote,it's pretty cool to be able o control ur smart tv without any additional hardware. It has a sensor which communicates perfect with various brands of tv. The difference of this remote from the other ones,is this does not require the tv to be on network. Samsung watch on is a great feature, I think this wasn't there in the earlier versions. .
